These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "user") and D73, operated by Hareshkumar Lakhwani (the "Provider," "we," "our," "us"), the independent developer of the mobile application published as RBT Exam Prep & Study Coach (shown on your device as "RBT Coach"; iOS bundle ID com.d73.rbte), available on the Apple App Store and, if published, Google Play (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

RBT Coach is a study companion for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam preparation. The App may include reading chapters, practice quizzes, mock exams, personalized study plans, and factual progress analysis.

The App is designed for educational and exam-preparation support only. The first learning chapter and its 10-question chapter check are available without a subscription. Other content and features may require Premium access as clearly shown in the App.

2. Important Disclaimer

The App is an independent study aid. It is not an official or certifying service.

• The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• "RBT" and "BACB" are trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• The App does not register you for the RBT exam, issue certification, provide official BACB training, or replace supervision by a qualified professional.
• Practice questions, quizzes, mock exams, practice-performance metrics, and study plans are not a guarantee that you will pass the official RBT exam.
• Study content may be created with software-assisted tools and receives quality checks before publication. It remains independent exam-preparation material rather than official BACB training or a guarantee of an exam result.
• The App does not provide medical, clinical, behavioral-treatment, legal, employment, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you can legally enter into these Terms. The App is intended for adults preparing for a professional certification and is not directed to children under 13.

If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. No Professional Relationship

Your use of the App does not create a therapist-client, supervisor-supervisee, certification, training, employment, healthcare, legal, or other professional relationship with the Provider.
