Welcome to Weightly — Weight Loss Tracker, published on the Apple App Store, and as WOS: AI Health Coach on Google Play (package com.d73.stillalive) — together, "the App."
The App is published by Haresh Lakhwani on the Apple App Store and by Blockrevert on Google Play ("we," "our," "us"). Both refer to the same developer.
Weightly is a weight-loss tracker. You weigh yourself and you photograph what you eat. From those two inputs the App estimates your calories and protein, tracks your progress toward a goal weight you set, and suggests small daily actions. Some of that guidance is written by artificial intelligence.
BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us, and incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. They apply to both the iOS and Android versions. The two versions are currently different products — see Section 2.2 — and where something applies to only one platform, it says so.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it. If we learn a user is under 13, we will terminate their access and delete their data.
Weight loss is not a suitable subject for children, and a calorie target is not something a growing body should be handed without supervision. If you are under 18, talk to a parent, guardian, or doctor before using this App.
